  • Depression or anxiety - if you or your support person are feeling mentally 'under the weather' or seriously mentally unwell -       free text  1737  or free call 1737 - if you feel very unwell consider going to the Emergency Department immediately at your local hospital or seeing your GP immediately. You can call am ambulance for help.
